Service Warranty

  • We provide a limited warranty on selected repair services.
  • The warranty period may vary depending on the type of repair and spare parts used.
  • Warranty will be informed to the customer at the time of service completion.

What is Covered

  • Warranty covers only the specific repair or service performed by our technician.
  • If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will provide a free re-service for that specific issue.

What is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Voltage fluctuations or power issues
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Issues not related to the previous repair
  • Any new problem in the appliance
  • Consumable parts

Spare Parts Warranty

  • Spare parts warranty, if any, will be as per the manufacturer or supplier warranty terms.
  • We do not provide warranty on spare parts unless specified in writing on the invoice.

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

  • The appliance is repaired or opened by any unauthorized person after our service.
  • The appliance is damaged due to improper usage.
  • Invoice is not available.
