Service Charges
- Inspection/visiting charges may apply.
- Repair and service charges will be informed after inspection.
- Charges may vary depending on the type of appliance and service required.
- Spare parts, if required, will be charged extra.
Warranty
- We may provide a limited service warranty on repairs depending on the type of service and spare parts used.
- Warranty is applicable only for the specific service provided.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power issues, or misuse.
Payments
- Customers must make full payment after service completion.
- We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfer payments.
- An invoice will be provided for all completed services.
Cancellation & Refund
- If a service is cancelled after the technician visit, visiting charges may apply.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
- No refund will be provided once the service has been completed.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide correct address and contact details.
- Customers must ensure safe working conditions for the technician.
- Any additional work requested that was not part of the original service may be charged extra.
Limitation of Liability
ASKME INFOLINE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
